We're doing a followup session on Friday, for more detailed planning on
our work items for this cycle. (I'll send out a note when I know the time.)

The notes from this session are on the Etherpad doc:

http://summit.ubuntu.com/uds-p/meeting/19549/community-p-app-review-board/

Between sessions, we can discuss the key ideas here on the mailing list
(easier for everyone to participate).

Should we start up a schedule where each of us takes on a block of time
each month, to make sure the queues get pushed forward each week?

Should we set a deadline for responses from developers? (i.e. "If you
don't respond by X date, we'll consider this application inactive.") And
if so, what time period is reasonable?

Can we, the ARB take on packaging work as part of our responsibilities,
as part of mentoring new developers?

Should we start up an app-review-contributors team, open for anyone to
join, for people who help with mentoring, reviewing, and packaging, but
don't vote?

Allison
