The package looks good and the app works (at least on Precise), just few
points:
1. The packaging format should be '3.0 (quilt)' instead of native. Hint:
$ mkdir -p debian/source && echo '3.0 (quilt)' > debian/source/format
Finally, rebuild the source package.
2. debian/copyright:
The 'Files: *' stanza, the Copyright: field is listed twice, please fix it.
License: field, it had better attach the extended notice as follows:
License: GPL-3+
