On a side-note (not specific to this package), we have this problem 
with a *lot* of package and technically they should have all been -1'd 
(since the copyright file specifies a freeier license than what the 
files are actually released under) but we've let them slide through.

This should really be fixed in quickly, or whatever generates these 
files.
