Well, that I am not sure of.  We need some kernel documentation, but I
don't believe this is it, though maybe a few parts could be leveraged.
I think only a few parts of it could also go in the techdoc, so I think the target, at least
at first, is the wiki.  A nice general statement of what AppArmor is
for people who are curious.
