[apparmor] Misc development notes

As you've hopefully noticed, I've gone ahead and released AppArmor
2.5.1. It contains 2 additional commits over the rc3 snapshot, a merged
(partial) fix for LP: #623467 to have SubDomain.pm take into account
some missing operations and a minor build infrastructure cleanup for
building on rpm-based systems.

The release is based off of commit 1432 on the lp:apparmor/2.5 branch
and has been tagged with the tag 'apparmor_2.5.1'. I also incorporated
in the build infrastructure the generation of a stamp file, .stamp_rev,
in the toplevel directory of the release that contains what branch
and version the release was exported from (yes, I need to propose
the patch that implements this for trunk, sorry).

I've also added a 2.5.2 milestone on launchpad; please use it to
nominate fixes for that release. I expect in next irc meeting, we
should discuss target timeframe estimates on when we should consider
releasing 2.5.2 as well as 2.6 (I know John has expressed an opinion,
I've just forgotten what his targets were).
