Yeah, I didn't mean to say it was easy. :) When I attempted to get it
shipping in the Ubuntu packaging I uncovered the nightmare.

That said, right now it doesn't ship at all. Maybe even sticking it into
/usr/share/apparmor or something silly just to have somewhere outside the
source tree would allow more packagers to see it and put it where it is
needed for that distro's vim packaging.
