[apparmor] [PATCH] do not ship "deprecated/" in tarball any more

I was worried that perhaps openSUSE was still building and
shipping the deprecated stuff, but looking at the packages built out of
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=apparmor&project=security%3Aapparmor%3Afactory
these have been dropped there as well. So ACK from me (even though I
know you've already committed it.)
