[apparmor] [patch] usr.lib.man-db.man profile update

Hello,

attached is a patch for 
profiles/apparmor/profiles/extras/usr.lib.man-db.man

Changes:
- added some permissions (see patch for details)
- moved/sorted permissions for /etc/manpath.config and 
  /usr/lib/man-db/man to the correct place

This is based on https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=643387 and 
some of the changes I had to do to the profile.

BTW: the rmix permissions seem to be really necessary - Alexander has 
them in his profile also for the newly added programs (see bnc 
bugreport).

Note: some changes to this profile were already discussed in
    [patch] several updates for profiles/extras
but not commited to bzr yet.
