I have not had time to dig into the code, though a cursory glance shows
it to be fine. I have tested it on python 2.4 - 2.7 and 3.2 and it works
well. It works with wildcard pathnames and hats, and its sorting is
actually correct, which is a welcome surprise. :)
ACK pending someone else's code review so long as for the short term we
keep the perl version in a deprecated folder somewhere.
