[apparmor] backport request: aa-decode

Hello,

I'd like to request backporting aa-decode to the 2.8 branch.
Well, "backporting" is a too big word because I'd simply replace the 
totally broken aa-decode in 2.8 with the working aa-decode from trunk.

If you want to see a patch, create it yourself by comparing aa-decode in 
2.8 and trunk ;-)

Any objections?
