[apparmor] [Patch 0/10] C++ conversion of the parser

So this is a second pass at the parser C++ conversion patches. Admittedly
they aren't the cleanest, and the C++ compiler is throwing a lot more
warnings.

The goal isn't to cleanup all those warnings yet. But to clean them
up as code gets moved and fixed up. So that we get to a clean point
eventially

Anyways this is the base on which I am building the other changes, so
they need to have some review, as I'd like to push them into 3.0 this
week if possible, so that these (which are invasive) can be the base
for other peoples further work as well.
