[apparmor] AppArmor 2.8.4 Released

The AppArmor development team is pleased to announce the 2.8.4 release
of the AppArmor user space components. This release is an incremental
improvement over the AppArmor 2.8.3 release, focusing on fixing bugs
in the userspace code and updating reference policy.
