[apparmor] 2.9.2 release?

Well, that one could be quite important for people who use syslog 
instead of auditd ;-)

I can easyly pull a "changes since 2.9.1" patch from bzr, so there's no 
need to do a release. I just wanted to avoid that I see 2.9.2 the day 
after I submit 2.9.1 + the patch as update to openSUSE 13.2 ;-)
