[apparmor] Enabling email delivery for wordpress

I may be late to the discussion, but personally I don’t like to allow the web server to execute mail daemons at all.

I’ve always used mini_sendmail for this purpose. It’s a very simple program that accepts a message and proxies it to the real MTA via localhost port 25.
