[apparmor] apparmor="DENIED" operation="rename_src

Since last Tuesday, 19 June, I've been seeing this in my syslog every
time freshclam is run - https://pastebin.com/vyjqMJwb I was out of town
when this started. The output of apparmor_parser -p usr.bin.freshclam
is here - https://pastebin.com/X2b31V8h This is Ubuntu 16.04.4,

I've looked through the apparmor man page however I'm not sure exactly
what I need to do to fix this and I'm actually unsure why it suddenly
started doing this. Any assistance/advice would be appreciated.
