Seth,

You are correct. I was thinking about doing this however I think the
"/var/lib/postgresql/10/" got me confused with "/usr/lib/postgresql/10"
since v10 makes use of both. There's also a "/usr/include/postgresql"
folder that appears to be missing and I wasn't sure if the /var/log or
SystemD files need to be protected by Apparmor to work effectively.

Thanks Jacek. I can try to adapt what appears missing from the original
Apparmor profile but since I'm working out of Ubuntu, many of the calls
between that and Gentoo will be a bit different.
