[apparmor] Licensing issue in libapparmor

Dear Team,

Some time ago, we identified three files under libapparmor containing inconsistent license information in their headers, which appears to conflict with the library's overall licensing terms. This seems to be an error, and in the interest of correcting it, we filed [Issue491<https://gitlab.com/apparmor/apparmor/-/issues/491>] three months ago. As the issue remains unaddressed to date, I am reaching out through this channel to seek your attention and support in resolving the matter.
