  * Fix CVE-2017-13064: another heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability in
    the GetStyleTokens() function (closes: #873129).
  * Fix CVE-2017-13065: NULL pointer dereference vulnerability in the
    SVGStartElement() function (closes: #873119).
