  * utils/Makefile.language: Set LC_ALL=C instead of only LC_COLLATE
  * utils/Makefile.language: Call egrep with "-a" to not fail in C/C.UTF-8
    build environments with current grep.
  * debian/rules: Re-enable building of aspell
  * debian/changelog: correct spelling of munch utility
