  * New upstream version: 1.4.0
  * Build using LLVM 5 (Closes: #873420)
  * Update patches
  * Bump standards version: No changes needed
  * Update Phobos library name
  * Don't strip static libraries
    - Workaround for error during stripping, should
      be removed when the issue is resolved.
  * Document Lintian override
  * Enforce bootstrap
