some RemoteBranch support

The current bzr.dev branch has some support for read-only access over
HTTP:

  $ bzr log http://bazaar-ng.org/bzr/bzr.dev/

This is not implemented for all commands yet but I think tomorrow or
Wednesday I can put in some kind of remote clone.
