[announce] bzrweb seems a bit finished

Hi!

Added to bzrweb in the last few days:

* Better stylesheet (of course, this is subjective)
* Shows modified files per revision
* Ability to export a tarball of a revision
* No bugs; plus extra flying pigs

This pretty much does what I need it to now so I guess I'm not going to
change much unless someone asks for something specific.

It requires a patch to the bzr sources (attached to this email). The
patch does two things:

* Give the ability to show_diff between two arbitrary revisions (I've
submitted this to the list already separately)

* There seems to be a bug in the TreeDelta code when finding removed
files between revisions. I've just made it so it supresses the error,
but this is not the correct behaviour in the long run. Sorry to be lazy.

I am quite happy to change the name of bzrweb, especially if someone
has written something better and wants the name. Scott?
