[announce] bzrweb seems a bit finished

Actually that's a feature - why would you want to diff a revision against
itself? This always yeilds a blank page.

Last time I rsynced Martin's bzr my (somewhat trivial) patch applied
cleanly to it. You can get the patch from the first email in this thread
on the list archive.
