[PATCH] Display revision in `bzr version` if bzrlib is in a branch

This is a somewhat trivial patch, but I find it useful for myself, it 
probably will be useful for any other bzr contributors.

If your bzrlib is from a branch, as I suppose it will be for most of the 
people who subscribe this list, `bzr version` will also print the revno.

If it's not, it won't break, just silently omit that line.
