- --overwrite parameter added, for when you wish to get rid of local
differences.

- - Supports the new locking scheme for branches.
- - Is now able to import very long Arch branches.  (It was grabbing too
many branch locks before).
- - Now uses the Arch revision name as part of the bzr revision ID, so
that multiple independent imports can interoperate.
