How is Bazaar-NG related to Bazaar and Arch in general?

Aaron's description was good and accurate.

There will be a lossless and painless way to move forward from
arch/tla/baz.

Robert has some C code that partially supports bzr archives from the
baz codebase, and there are things like PyBaz/PyArch that we could
potentially use to support arch archives from bzr. There is also
Aaron's baz2bzr, which is probably a good thing to use at the moment
if you have existing arch repositories.

As Mark said, in the medium term there will be only one Bazaar project.
