[PATCH] More fixes for branch

Here are some more patches for branch.  They should be applied in the
order listed, because some of them have dependencies on each other.

branch-strip-slash
==================
Strip any number of trailing slashes and backslashes from the path name
when creating a new branch name from the user-supplied branch name.

branch-revision
===============
Add a -r parameter to the branch command

show-progress
=============
Show progress bars to give people something to do while branching or
pulling over http.

pre-cache
=========
Cache revision and inventory stores locally, to avoid downloading the
same revisions and inventories twice, and to support
pipelining/parallelizing.

progress-tweaks
===============
Created a new ProgressBar each time to fix ETA, showed copying revisions
progress.
