gui suggestion

I've setup a dozen programmers with wincvs and gave up
after awhile.  The programmers cursing wincvs became
too distracting. 

In comparison, tortoisecvs is a seamless way to use
cvs on a win box.   Even web designers and writers
quickly learn how to use tortoisecvs.

Perhaps writing a tortoisebzr variant would be a fast
way to get a nice gui front end working on windows.
In any case, glancing at tortoisecvs to see how an easy
gui interface might work could be instructive.

Though suggest the bazaar-ng toolset settle down
into a 1.0 release first.
