I just wanted to comment that I just used your latest bzr.24 with 
opportunistic hardlinks and --basis, and it really made branching from a 
remote repository a breeze. Superfast linking, and only needing to 
download what has changed. Much nicer than "cp -al; backup; bzr pull"
