More useful ~/.bzr.log

Here is attached a small patch to make ~/.bzr.log more useful.

That makes bzrlib.trace.log_exception prefix log messages with two lines
that give sys.argv and os.getcwd().

I found this change useful in figuring out why bazaar.el was failing
here (it seems to be because bzrlib.branch._relpath uses abspath instead
of realpath, and thus does not traverse symlinks).
