Well, I'm sure these aren't the exact commands, since you mistyped
"echo". I get exactly the opposite here. So I'm sure it is just a locale
dependent thing.

$ echo "decentralize" | aspell list
$ echo "decentralise" | aspell list
decentralise
$ locale
LANG=en_US.UTF-8
LC_CTYPE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_TIME="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_MONETARY="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_MESSAGES="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_PAPER="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_NAME="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_ADDRESS="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_TELEPHONE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_MEASUREMENT="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_IDENTIFICATION="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_ALL=

In fact, you can force it with:
$ echo "decentralize" | LANG="en_GB.UTF-8" aspell list
decentralize

I have no idea what flavor of english is planned for bzr, my feeling is
that we should try and be consistent when possible, but whoever writes
the code writes the english. :)

I believe Martin & Robert are Austrailian (though they may just live
there). I'm American, Aaron is Canadian, I assume you are British. So if
Canadians & Austrailians use the "kings english", then we might as well
go with -ise.

PS> To me, it pronounces better with the 'z' since I pronounce the last
syllable that way. When you spell it -ise, do you pronounce it that way
as well?
