branch tarball

I have a branch that let's branch export a repo to .tar files, it is located at:
http://www.pvv.ntnu.no/~eirikald/bzr-repo/bzr.eirik.tarball if someone would
like to take a look. I am still missing a test case for it, not quite sure how
to add that. Well, I think I understand how, just can't come up with a good way
to test it. Any ideas would be welcome.
