Scope of operations

Hey guys,

I'd like if the scope of operations could be somehow limited to the cwd.
I.e.:

  $ bzr status
  modified:
    libfoo/libfoo.h
    fooapp/main.c
  $ cd libfoo
  $ bzr status
  modified:
    libfoo.h

Of course it should count for commit, revert, etc. too.
Is this a sick idea or does it sound reasonable? :-)
