Hmmm.   What I wanted was a way to cleanly (not rsync) publicize changes
made during a work day, deeply entrenched on a firewalled corporate
network, so that I could simply pull them from that location when I got
home.  If the files could be browsed on the remote host that would've
been nice too.

Aha, got it! *now thinking of a cronjob or bzrweb on remote host*
