windows config files

Hello

I've just downloaded and installed the windows native bzr, with
installer, from http://bazaar.canonical.com/DownloadBzr.

To configure the username + email I created the
%APPDATA%\.bazaar\bazaar.conf with the correct settings.
'bzr whoami' still gave me the incorrect result.

After some spitting I found it should be in %APPDATA%\bazaar\2.0\bazaar.conf

Did I install the incorrect version?(bazaar<->bazaar NG)
