Let's call branches that share a repository "comrade branches".
Repository branches will have access to
1. revisions in their own ancestry
2. revisions in the ancestry of comrade branches
3. revisions installed by merge, pull, etc
4. revisions installed by merge, pull, etc in comrade branches
