[MERGE REQUEST] Couple of small fixes

Hi Martin,

Please merge the changes from my branch at
http://samba.org/~jelmer/bzr/integration. It contains the following
changes (against bzr.dev), all which are trivial:

revno: 1425
  Remove methods from BzrBranch that were already implemented in Branch
revno: 1424
  Fix error that was declared twice
revno: 1423
  Remove some abstract methods that were no longer used.
revno: 1422
  Remove already fixed items from TODO
