- the prelude optimization patch was posted earlier
- the BzrCherrypickMetada hacks are far from ready: only commits are
  supported, any other operation WILL corrupt your metadata
- my inventory weave caching hack is so NOT right, it's not even funny
  somebody needs to work on read-only caching support for ALL
  transaction types
