Meld has bzr support in its official release now, the same way it
supports CVS, SVN and HG.  "meld ." will launch it on the current
directory, and if that's versioned with bzr, you'll get a directory
listing that shows file status.  Double-clicking on a modified file will
bring it up in Meld's diff viewer.  Meld also supports your RCS basics:
commit, update, add, remove...
