[RFC] and/or [MERGE] bzr add reports ignored patterns.

It might also be nice to point the user to bzr ignored/bzr ls --ignored.
And I think bzr add -v should print out an ignored line for each file, eg.
# bzr add -v
added README
ignored foobar.pyc matching "*.py[oc]"
etc.
