I've already started working on silently collecting a list of packagers to
contact to notify when we make a release. That is just a subset of this
more general problem.  I think we could use a bazaar-ng-releases mailing
list which I can get the various distro people on.  Anybody interested in
releases that can't track the high volume mailing list can still be
informed.

I've sent an email to the appropriate place.
