We have a bazaar-announce list, which can have anything considered
'announcements' sent to. Its for the meta project 'bazaar' which
includes baz, bzr and the supermirror. We can certainly setup a
bazaar-ng specific one if needed, but its so low volume I don't see a
need for that.
