It's a given that branching and mirroring will copy tags. That's not
what I was talking about.
I was talking about the possibility that all branches (in a repository)
would have exactly the same tag definitions at any given time.
If you have local branch A, and you pull from B, that should definitely
change the tags known in A, if B has any tag updates. But should it
also change the tags known in another branch in the same repository?
