More behavior to discuss. Should 'bzr pull --overwrite' be allowed on a
bound branch. Effectively this would mean that the local branch and
bound location would both have their revision history altered.
It seems dangerous, but it is certainly possible.
For now, I'm specifically forbidding it, because of the danger. Does it
seem worthwhile?
