It seems bzr.dev hasn't merged my integration branch. I already have a
fix for this. (revno 1496).

Is there a bug specific to ftp://?

I'll try to look at the patch you posted. (I think I remember seeing the
message when you posted, but couldn't find the actual patch you attached)
