[WWW] make BzrHistory page list items in reverse order (latest first)

I'd like to propose that the history page reverses the listing order,
so that the latest entries are at top, and the "history" comes after
that.

Change the order from:

        0.0.7
        ..
        0.6

To this:

        0.6
        ..
        0.0.7

Later releases and new features would then be easier to follow.
