'bzr get' fails over sftp in arch-conversion branch.

I have a branch that I converted from Arch, which contains odd file-ids
because of that conversion. (Specifically some file ids look like
x_John_F_Meinel_Jr_<vida at johnmeinel.com>_Datestamp)
The problem seems to be improper escaping/handling of the revision
identifier.
Specifically:
$ time bzr get sftp://src//srv/bzr/mifar/dev/0.7/ mifar-dev-0.7
bzr: ERROR: No such file:
'/srv/bzr/mifar/dev/0.7/.bzr/weaves/c6/x_John_F_Meinel_Jr_<vida at johnmeinel.com>_Sat_Jul_17_13:23:35_2004_1476.0.weave':
[Errno 2] No such file
Now, on-disk, this has the path
/srv/bzr/mifar/dev/0.7/.bzr/weaves/c6/x_John_F_Meinel_Jr_<vida at johnmeinel.com>_Sat_Jul_17_13:23:35_2004_1476.0.weave
The specific problem is 'goffredo's fetch/clone improvements'
The problem being that he reads the XML directly, expecting all
characters to be interesting and valid. And he doesn't try to un-escape
them.
This probably effects the 0.7rc2 release, since I believe his changed
was merged there.
I'm working on a test case and a fix right now, but I wanted to get this
message sent so it could be fixed for rc3. I'll make my fix against the
0.7rc2 branch.
