Any incompatibilities between 0.6.2 and 0.7 releases?

It should be all the branch format version. So the two should be compatible.
Other than a lot of internal restructuring (the diff is 30k lines), the
externals haven't changed a lot.
Mostly this release is preparing for the next release where we will
start changing external stuff, and that would start to be incompatible.
