small corrections to Bazaar-NG Tutorial

I'm sorry, I didn't know it was a Wiki (thanks Jan for pointing that
out & the URI!), I wouldn't have bothered the list if I knew. I'll
look into fixing it this evening or tomorrow (unless someone has
already gotten around doing it by now).

Not sure about the readibility... however, Jan's reason is certainly a
good one to leave it like that. Didn't know about the configuration
file's naming scheme.
But anyway, the email vs e-mail part was just an extra, my main point
was that the sentence is unfinished (i.e. it ends with " setting in
."). I suppose that it should be something like "or (Post Bazaar-NG
0.6) the email setting in Bazaar's configuration file.".
