0.8 release plans

Never really existed. Just was discussed. But that would include by
short(ish) list of items to be done.
Including escaping of storage items (to allow Windows checkouts), bound
branches, etc.

It sounds like it is bad timing all around. I'm working on my thesis,
and just moved to Chicago, you're going to Sydney, etc.

I like the idea, I just don't know that we can deliver on the timeframe.
